ANNUAL POLICY STATEMENT

The Davis Stirling Act also requires the Association to distribute an annual policy statement that lists the rights and obligations of the association’s members.  The Association also distributes an Assessments Notice and a Dispute Resolution Summary.  Here are the most recent versions of these documents.
